How long is a consultation/treatment? |

You will usually spend more time (about twice as long) on your first visit than subsequent visits. On your first visit the osteopath has to take a fulll case history and make a full examination to arrive at a diagnosis before treatment.
Your first visit will last between 30 minutes to an hour, subsequent visits 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on how much needs to be done. This is time spent with the osteopath, not left hooked up to a machine. The osteopath will not leave to room to see to other patients during your visit.
